Stretch out the stresses of everyday life and invite vitality in as you connect to your body and breath through a 60-minute private yoga session for complete wellness. Whether you’ve never tried yoga before, or have been practicing for a while, Mount Edgecombe provides the perfect setting to balance the mind, body, and soul. Experience an intuitively led yoga session from the privacy of your balcony, where you’ll be guided through a sequence of deep, restoring stretches and gentle flows by our 500-hour teacher-trained instructor. Having found her passion for yoga in India in 2019, Lily has been deepening her personal learning and leading lessons ever since. Subtle adjustments assist in releasing stubborn tension and tightness, whilst the peaceful surroundings and encouraged focus on breath help to move your mind into stillness as you set yourself up for a day in paradise ahead.
